Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy
All the printed orders are dispatched on the next working day. The electronic star certificate is sent within 18h upon your purchase.
Delivery within the United Kingdom
We send printed name a star printed packages by Royal Mail free of charge on all the orders. Standard Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days.
We send our printed packages by Standard International Delivery service by Royal Mail. We are unable to provide a tracking number for this service.
International Shipping charges:
Europe: £2, it usually takes 3-5 working days to get delivered
America: £3, it usually takes 5-7 working days to get delivered
Asia Pacific: £4, it usually takes 5-7 working days to get delivered

All our products are personalised and therefore we are not required to offer returns as our products are exempt from the right to cancel or to return as specified in the paragraph 13C of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/pdfs/uksi_20002334_en.pdf). At the same time, we would like our customers to be 100% satisfied with their gift and accept returns for printed packs in some instances.
We accept return if:
- your printed gift package does not correspond to the description, please note that the returned items must be in good condition
- the product is damaged
- there is an error or typo we have made in your certificate or any other gift item. It does not apply if the error is made by the customer during the purchase.
Please follow the steps here to return your items:
- Write an email to email@example.com, explaining the problem and providing your registration number
- Send your pack within 10 working days from the delivery date by post if require so by email. We will cover the postage expenses if the return occurs because of our error or a damaged product.
- We will provide you with a full refund within 10 working days of return of your gift.
We will process all the refunds within 10 working days upon receiving your returned items or from the date we agree by email. The refunds can be processed only to the card or PayPal account from which the payment was taken. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination. It takes 5-10 working days for the money to appear on your bank account.
